Dojo de karate tradicional Goju-Ryu fundado por el Sensei Miguel Vilaça (4.º Dan), situado en el centro de Viseu (Portugal), afiliado a la IOGKF (International Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Federation). El nombre Nagare (流れ, "flujo") refleja el equilibrio entre lo duro y lo suave del estilo.
