Targeted Communication with Smart Tags

Smart Tags let you send highly targeted messages.

1. Create a new communication
2. Under 'Recipients', select 'By Smart Tag'
3. Choose one or more tags
4. Only students with those tags will receive the message

Smart Tags are perfect for targeted communications.

Examples:

• Send to 'Beginners': Tips for new students
• Send to 'Competitive': Tournament information
• Send to 'Payment pending': Payment reminders
• Send to 'Tournament 2025': Event-specific information
