Every number opens its detail: the exact day, every punch with its time, channel and evidence. Nothing is edited; a mistake is voided with a reason and the right punch is added.

Yes. Since 12 May 2019 (Royal Decree-law 8/2019, art. 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute) every company must record each worker's daily working time, with start and end times, regardless of size or sector. A club with a single employee too.
Working-time records for sports clubs
Since 2019 working-time records are mandatory in Spain for any company with employees, and sports clubs and academies are no exception: a part-time coach, the receptionist or the maintenance manager have the same protection as any other employee. The problem was never the law, but how to comply without turning every morning into paperwork: sheets on the wall nobody fills in, apps the team doesn't install, or a WhatsApp chat that takes the record with it the day it is deleted.
