Los campos anexos del Reina SofĂ­a son las instalaciones de fĂștbol de cĂ©sped artificial que acompañan al estadio municipal Reina SofĂ­a, en Salamanca. Son de titularidad municipal y los gestiona el Ayuntamiento de Salamanca.

Originalmente eran dos campos de fĂștbol 7 de unos 35x55 metros, con iluminaciĂłn, riego y una pequeña grada cubierta con asientos. En 2022 se renovĂł su cĂ©sped artificial y, tras unas obras de ampliaciĂłn en el otoño de ese año, se reconvirtieron en un campo de fĂștbol 11 de unos 100x60 metros. Ese campo permite ademĂĄs montar dos campos de fĂștbol 7 de 45x60 metros en sentido transversal. Todo el conjunto es de cĂ©sped artificial y cuenta con porterĂ­as, banderines, banquillos y red de protecciĂłn.

El recinto se usa para entrenamientos y partidos de fĂștbol base. AllĂ­ juegan los equipos del Unionistas de Salamanca CF: el juvenil, en DivisiĂłn de Honor, y el Unionistas de Salamanca B, en Tercera FederaciĂłn.
