El edificio de servicios y fitness del Canal Olímpic de Catalunya está en la Avinguda del Canal Olímpic, 2, en Castelldefels (Barcelona). Forma parte del complejo gestionado por EQUACAT, S.A., construido en 1991 como sede del piragüismo de los Juegos Olímpicos de 1992.
El edificio reúne una sala de musculación o gimnasio y tres salas de fitness (Sala de Fitness 1, 2 y 3), donde se imparten actividades dirigidas además del entrenamiento libre con máquinas. La web del centro publica tarifas específicas de fitness y un tour virtual del edificio.
El complejo ofrece además un club de pádel con reserva de pista en línea, casales de Navidad, Semana Santa y verano, actividades para grupos organizados y alquiler puntual de embarcaciones.
