La Ciudad Deportiva de Levante UD ocupa 95.000 m² en Buñol, a 40 km de Valencia, en la avenida Blasco Ibáñez. El club inició su construcción el 27 de septiembre de 2002 bajo la presidencia de Antonio Blasco y la inauguró oficialmente el 26 de junio de 2003.
El complejo reúne siete campos de fútbol —dos de césped natural y cuatro de artificial, este último con certificación FIFA Quality Pro—, un pabellón cubierto y un centro de servicios con gimnasio. El estadio central, con capacidad para 3.000 espectadores, es el campo habitual del Atlético Levante UD, el filial del club.
Es la sede de entrenamiento del primer equipo, del filial, del equipo femenino y de la cantera, y en junio de 2026 acogió la primera edición de la Levante UD International Cup, disputada en sus siete campos. Tras los daños de la DANA de noviembre de 2024, el club reorganizó temporalmente los entrenamientos del femenino y la cantera en otras instalaciones.
Levante UD tiene licencia desde 2023 para construir una nueva ciudad deportiva en el barrio de Natzaret (Valencia), con siete campos y un miniestadio para 2.500 espectadores, aunque en 2026 el club sigue entrenando en Buñol.
