Es el campo de referencia del Santomera Club de FĂștbol, fundado en 1948, y figura en el listado de instalaciones deportivas del Ayuntamiento de Santomera.
El terreno de juego es de cĂ©sped artificial con certificaciĂłn FIFA Quality Pro y permite jugar fĂștbol 11 o, dividido en dos campos transversales, fĂștbol 8. Dispone de gradas para el pĂșblico, cuatro vestuarios, aseos, almacenes y cantina. El aforo citado en las bases de datos de estadios es de unas 2.000 personas.
El Ayuntamiento ha ejecutado obras para construir una grada cubierta, elevada y accesible, con capacidad para unas 500 personas y un presupuesto de 989.611 euros, cuya finalizaciĂłn estaba prevista para septiembre.
