El Estadio Municipal Antonio Bailón es el campo de fútbol de Peligros, en la provincia de Granada, situado en la Avenida Cerro Fuste, 4. Se inauguró el 10 de abril de 2008 y lleva el nombre de Antonio Bailón, presidente del club local durante 45 años. Fue la primera instalación terminada de la Ciudad Deportiva de Peligros.
El terreno de juego es de césped artificial y mide 110 por 68 metros. La grada ofrece unas 1.700 plazas entre tribuna (1.000 asientos) y asientos a pie de campo (700). Dispone de vestuarios, aseos, zona de prensa, sala médica y gimnasio, y fue homologado para partidos oficiales de selecciones. La inversión superó los 2,5 millones de euros.
Es el campo habitual del Vandalia CF de Peligros. Desde la temporada 2021-22, el Granada CF y el Ayuntamiento de Peligros acordaron que el Juvenil A granadinista, en División de Honor, use el estadio como sede de sus partidos y entrenamientos. Forma parte de un complejo deportivo que incluye también un pabellón cubierto.
