El Estadio Municipal Don Antonio Alcaide, también conocido como Estadio Municipal Medina Lauxa, es la instalación de fútbol de titularidad municipal de Loja, en la provincia de Granada. Fue inaugurado el 10 de diciembre de 2006 y sustituyó al antiguo Estadio San Francisco, que había acogido los partidos como local durante más de 45 años.
El recinto cuenta con césped artificial y una pista de atletismo integrada en el complejo, por lo que sirve tanto para competición futbolística como para práctica atlética. Su aforo ronda los 1.200-1.250 espectadores y la obra costó unos cuatro millones de euros.
Es el campo oficial del Loja Club Deportivo, equipo que compite en el Grupo 2 de la División de Honor Andaluza. El estadio también acoge el trofeo que lleva el nombre de Antonio Alcaide, que el club disputa como homenaje.
