Fundación Rías do Sur gestiona un complejo deportivo en la Rúa da Ponte Muiños, en el barrio de Matos, Pontevedra, con la piscina como eje central de su oferta.
El centro dispone de piscina climatizada de uso continuo, sala de fitness y musculación, sala de bicicletas para ciclismo indoor, cuatro pistas de squash, zona de spa con sauna y jacuzzi, vestuarios, cafetería, aparcamiento y acceso adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida.
La escuela de natación cubre todas las edades: matronatación y clases para bebés, cursos infantiles de 4 a 14 años, natación para adultos y para mayores de 60 años, además de cursos intensivos. En el agua también se imparten clases dirigidas de aquagym, aqua cross training y aquafitness.
