El Camp de Futbol Municipal Gaudenci Sellés Romà es el campo de la Unió Esportiva Quart, club de fútbol de Quart (Girona) fundado en 1972. El recinto lleva el nombre de Gaudenci Sellés Romà, vecino de Quart fallecido en 2012 y muy vinculado al club, que costeó un autobús para el transporte de los equipos; la placa en su honor se descubrió el 20 de octubre de 2013 en el campo municipal, inaugurado en 1981.
La instalación está en la calle Modeguer de Quart y tiene césped artificial, marcador electrónico, grada de pie, desfibrilador y aparcamiento. Es la sede de los partidos de los equipos de la UE Quart, con encuentros de fin de semana y de entre semana en horario de tarde.
La UE Quart compite con unos 23 equipos en la temporada 2024-25, desde Juvenil hasta Prebenjamín, según el registro de futbolbase.org. No tiene equipos femeninos en ese listado. El club abre inscripciones de nuevos jugadores cada temporada y organiza campus de verano y entrenamientos en Semana Santa. Cuenta con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Quart y de la Diputació de Girona.
