La Cueva es el campo de fútbol de la Deportiva Piloñesa, club de Infiesto, en el concejo asturiano de Piloña, fundado en 1917. El recinto está en la avenida de la Cueva, junto al santuario de la Virgen de la Cueva, de donde toma el nombre, y el río Piloña discurre por uno de sus bordes.
El terreno de juego mide 105 x 65 metros y el campo tiene un aforo de unos 300 espectadores. Se construyó en 1973 para sustituir al histórico campo de Pialla, donde jugaba el club hasta entonces.
La Deportiva Piloñesa ascendió por primera vez a Tercera División en 1980 y militó en esa categoría en 18 de las 22 temporadas siguientes. El campo ha sido por tanto escenario de fútbol de competición regional y nacional durante décadas.
