La Romareda Stadium
La Romareda fue el estadio de fĂştbol del Real Zaragoza, situado en el barrio de La Romareda, en el distrito de la Universidad de Zaragoza, al sur del casco urbano. Se inaugurĂł el 8 de septiembre de 1957 con un Real Zaragoza-Osasuna que terminĂł 4-3, y su propietario era el Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza.
El cĂ©sped medĂa 107 x 68 metros y el aforo previo al cierre era de 33.608 espectadores. Tuvo ampliaciones en 1977, con las gradas Norte y Sur, y reformas para el Mundial de España 1982, cuando acogiĂł tres partidos del Grupo E: Yugoslavia-Irlanda del Norte (0-0), Honduras-Irlanda del Norte (1-1) y Honduras-Yugoslavia (0-1). En 1994 pasĂł a ser un estadio con todas las localidades sentadas.
El último partido se jugó el 25 de mayo de 2025, con victoria del Real Zaragoza por 1-0 ante el Deportivo de La Coruña. El derribo comenzó el 8 de julio de 2024 para levantar la Nueva Romareda, prevista con 43.110 plazas y con fecha de finalización el 31 de agosto de 2027, para acoger partidos de la temporada 2027-28 y ser sede del Mundial de 2030.
