LB Rendimiento y Salud es un centro de entrenamiento personal y readaptación físico-deportiva en Castro Urdiales (Cantabria), fundado y dirigido por Luis Bañuelos, licenciado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y el Deporte y máster en Rendimiento Deportivo. El área de nutrición está a cargo de Álvaro Gallego, dietista y antropometrista ISAK nivel 2.
El centro no está ligado a una disciplina deportiva concreta: trabaja con metodología basada en fuerza, velocidad y resistencia aplicada a cada cliente, con planificación individualizada.
Los servicios incluyen entrenamiento personal uno a uno, entrenamiento en grupos reducidos, readaptación de lesiones (recuperación de movilidad tras lesión), rendimiento deportivo y asesoramiento nutricional sin dietas restrictivas. WILD LB añade actividades intensas al aire libre como complemento a los entrenamientos en sala.
Las clases grupales tienen horario de mañana (8-12h, con inicio a las 14h los martes y jueves) y de tarde (16-21h) de lunes a viernes. El contacto principal es por WhatsApp y teléfono al +34 747 49 55 55.
