El Estadio Municipal Manuel Utrilla es una instalación deportiva pública gestionada por la Delegación de Deportes del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Dos Hermanas (Sevilla). Forma parte del Complejo Deportivo Municipal Los Montecillos, en el barrio de Cerro Blanco, con acceso por Calle Meñaca, s/n.
El recinto cuenta con un campo de fútbol de césped natural, un campo de entrenamiento de césped artificial, pista de atletismo, pista de voley playa, 4 vestuarios y gimnasio con saunas. El gimnasio abre de lunes a viernes de 10:00 a 13:00 y de 18:00 a 22:00 horas.
El estadio se integra en la red de campos de fútbol municipales de Dos Hermanas, junto a los estadios Miguel Román García y Manuel Adame Bruña y los campos Pepe Flores, Doctor Fleming, La Motilla y Montequinto, todos ellos de uso público bajo cesión de espacios para clubes locales y escuelas deportivas municipales.
