El Real Club Náutico de La Línea de la Concepción tiene su sede en La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz), en la Bahía de Algeciras, junto a la zona de la marina de Alcaidesa. El club estructura su actividad deportiva en dos secciones: vela y buceo.
En la sección de vela organiza regatas de la clase J/80 y competiciones de la clase Optimist para los más jóvenes, dentro de un calendario anual de eventos náuticos y sociales. La sección de buceo organiza salidas a pecios de la zona del Estrecho, como la inmersión en el buque Rosslyn, hundido frente a la costa gaditana.
El club cuenta con acuerdos de colaboración con patrocinadores como Viesgo, Alcaidesa Marina, AC Hotels y Coca-Cola, vinculados a sus regatas y eventos.
