La Pista Deportiva Javier Ruíz Rubio, conocida también como pista de Fratres, es una instalación deportiva al aire libre de Cáceres, situada en la calle Bélgica, en la capital de Extremadura. Figura en el catálogo de recursos del portal de turismo del Ayuntamiento de Cáceres.
Cuenta con una pista de fútbol sala y una pista de baloncesto, y dispone de seis focos de iluminación que permiten su uso en horario de tarde-noche. En invierno abre de lunes a sábado, de 10:00 a 22:30. La instalación es accesible.
Pese a lo que indicaba la ficha anterior, no es una pista de atletismo: los deportes que se practican en ella son fútbol sala y baloncesto.
