Real Club Náutico de Motril
El Real Club Náutico de Motril, fundado en 1960, tiene su sede en el Muelle de Poniente s/n, dentro del puerto de Motril (Granada). Es un club deportivo con doble actividad: la vela, que da origen y nombre a la entidad, y la natación, que se practica en la piscina del club con equipos de competición y escuela propia.
En vela, el club forma en las clases de Optimist, ILCA, Snipe y Raquero dentro de la vela ligera, además de programas de vela crucero, combinando formación y competición durante todo el año. La natación cuenta igualmente con equipos de competición y clases por niveles.
Las instalaciones incluyen piscina, gimnasio, bar-restaurante, pantalán y salas de reuniones privadas, junto con servicios propios de un puerto deportivo como repostaje de combustible, duchas y wifi para los socios.
El club organiza una escuela de verano con cursos diarios, semanales o mensuales según el nivel del alumno, y campamentos náuticos para edades de 8 a 16 años en los que se combina la vela en Optimist con paddel surf, kayak, esnórquel y windsurf.
