Las Instalaciones de La Albericia, rebautizadas en 2011 como Instalaciones Nando Yosu en homenaje al exjugador y entrenador, son el complejo de entrenamiento del Real Racing Club de Santander. Se encuentran en la Avenida del Deporte de Santander, en el barrio de La Albericia, y son de propiedad municipal del Ayuntamiento.
El recinto ocupa unos 30.000 metros cuadrados y cuenta con cuatro campos de distintas dimensiones. El principal es el campo Santi Gutiérrez Calle, con gradas en uno de los fondos para unos 1.000 espectadores, y hay varios vestuarios, entre ellos los destinados al Rayo Cantabria.
Aquí entrena la primera plantilla del Racing y también utilizan los campos las categorías inferiores del club. El Rayo Cantabria, filial del Racing, disputa en ellos sus partidos oficiales. La dirección del club ha manifestado que el complejo se ha quedado pequeño y ha planteado una nueva ciudad deportiva.
