Salamanca a tope es el programa municipal de ocio nocturno de Salamanca, una iniciativa del Ayuntamiento de Salamanca dirigida a promover actividades saludables los viernes y sábados por la noche. Opera con casi setenta actividades culturales, deportivas y de ocio para dos segmentos de edad: niños de 7 a 13 años (bajo la marca Salamanca a tope Joven) y jóvenes de 14 a 30 años.
El programa se financia conjuntamente con el Plan Municipal de Adicciones de Salamanca y el Ministerio de Sanidad. La actividad deportiva más destacada es la Carrera Nocturna, una prueba de atletismo anual con participación gratuita que ofrece dos recorridos urbanos: 8,6 km y 4,3 km, y reúne a más de mil participantes.
Las actividades abarcan música en directo, competiciones, torneos y propuestas variadas de entretenimiento, todos ellos pensados como alternativa de ocio saludable para jóvenes en horario nocturno. La iniciativa ha ganado apoyo desde su creación como herramienta de prevención de adicciones.
