La pista de pádel de San José forma parte de la red de instalaciones deportivas que gestiona el Club Deportivo Recreativo Atalayas del Levante, entidad que administra equipamientos municipales repartidos por varias pedanías del término de Níjar (Almería). Esta pista concreta se encuentra en el Parque La Molina, en San José, dentro del área del Parque Natural Cabo de Gata-Níjar.
El club opera en total cuatro pistas de pádel — en Campohermoso, San Isidro, Níjar y San José —, un pabellón municipal y una piscina cubierta con actividades de natación en Campohermoso, tres campos de fútbol (Antonio Gutiérrez, Colonización y Villa de Níjar) y piscinas de verano en Campohermoso, San Isidro y Níjar. La pista de San José funciona de forma independiente pero comparte gestión y contacto con el resto de la red.
El alquiler de la pista completa tiene un coste de 10 € por hora y media. Las reservas y la información general se atienden en el teléfono 950 611 356 y por correo electrónico, canales comunes a toda la red de instalaciones que gestiona el club.
