La Unión Deportiva San Fernando es un club de fútbol de Maspalomas, en el sur de Gran Canaria. Se fundó el 15 de abril de 1992 en un acto celebrado en el centro comercial Botánico, y ese mismo año inscribió tres equipos de categorías inferiores en las competiciones canarias.
Su primer equipo juega en la Tercera Federación, Grupo XII, y terminó tercero en la temporada 2025-26. Como local utiliza el estadio Eleuterio Valerón, un campo municipal de unos 1.000 espectadores situado en el complejo deportivo de Maspalomas, en El Tablero.
El club ganó la Preferente de Las Palmas en la temporada 2014-15, lo que le abrió las puertas de la Tercera División. En 2017-18 llegó a la final de la fase de ascenso a Segunda División B, que perdió ante el Cultural de Durango, y en 2021-22 pasó brevemente por la Segunda RFEF antes de regresar a Tercera Federación. Cuenta además con un filial, la UD San Fernando Atlético, que compite en Primera Regional.
