Valencia Club de FĂștbol, S.A.D. es la entidad que gestiona el club de fĂștbol profesional fundado el 18 de marzo de 1919 en el Bar Torino de Valencia, bajo el nombre original de Valencia Foot-ball Club. El primer equipo masculino compite en LaLiga y disputa sus partidos como local en el estadio de Mestalla, inaugurado el 20 de mayo de 1923 y con aforo actual para 49.430 espectadores.
La actividad deportiva del club se organiza tambiĂ©n desde la Ciudad Deportiva de Paterna, en la zona de Mas Camarena, donde entrenan el primer equipo y las categorĂas inferiores de la cantera valencianista. AdemĂĄs del fĂștbol masculino, la SAD engloba una secciĂłn de fĂștbol femenino, un equipo de fĂștbol sala y un departamento de esports.
La propiedad mayoritaria de la sociedad corresponde al empresario singapurense Peter Lim, que controla un 91,55% del capital a través de Meriton Holdings Ltd. desde el 24 de octubre de 2014; su hijo, Kiat Lim, ocupa la presidencia del club.
El club tiene previsto trasladar su actividad como local al nuevo estadio Nou Mestalla, cuya apertura estĂĄ prevista para 2027.
