El Campo Municipal de Fútbol Víctor Fernández Alonso, conocido también como la antigua Leyma, es una instalación del Servicio Municipal de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de A Coruña. Está en la avenida Salvador de Madariaga s/n, en el barrio de Elviña (15008).
El terreno de juego es de césped artificial y mide 60 x 100 metros. Dispone de 8 vestuarios y una grada cubierta con capacidad para unas 440 personas. Junto al campo hay 6 pistas de pádel.
Sirve para entrenamientos y competiciones de fútbol de distintas edades, desde escuelas municipales hasta competiciones locales. Entre los equipos que lo utilizan figuran el Liceo de Monelos SD y el CD Ciudad.
El horario de invierno, del 15 de julio al 30 de junio, es de 16:00 a 24:00 entre semana y de 10:00 a 22:00 los fines de semana. Del 1 al 15 de julio permanece cerrado. Las reservas se tramitan en las oficinas de instalaciones deportivas (Ciudad Deportiva de Riazor, Ciudad Deportiva de La Torre o Polideportivo del Barrio de las Flores), con tasas según la ordenanza fiscal municipal.
