Athlos Training Center es un centro de entrenamiento personal y grupal individualizado con base en Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), especializado en fuerza y acondicionamiento físico. El equipo lo forman los entrenadores Pablo Borges, Andrés Borges, David Manrique y Álvaro Hernández.
El centro ofrece sesiones one-to-one, entrenamiento en pareja (duo training) y clases en grupos reducidos, además de programas de readaptación de lesiones y de fitness orientado a personas mayores. También presta servicio de entrenamiento a domicilio para quien prefiere entrenar en casa. Además de su sede principal en Sant Cugat, Athlos atiende a clientes en Valldoreix, Cerdanyola, Rubí, Bellaterra y Mirasol, y ha abierto una instalación adicional en Volpelleres.
El horario de atención es de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 21:30 y los sábados de 7:30 a 13:00. El centro mantiene presencia en Instagram y YouTube bajo el usuario @athlostc, donde comparte contenido de entrenamiento.
