Quick answer
Club Media brings together all the photos and videos the club and its teachers share with students, each item tagged with its students and date. On the web you can upload an item and send it to the family by WhatsApp and email (Individual upload), upload up to 100 files and tag them student by student (Bulk upload) or save the same photo for many students (Group photo). Teachers upload from the app, and each family sees their child's photos and videos in their app.

Where to find it
- Web (club): menu Community → Club Media (/dashboard/media).
- Student and teacher profiles: a Media tab with each person's items.
- Teacher app: the gallery tab with the + button to send photos and videos.
- Family app: the Photos tab with everything the club shares with them.
The gallery
The Media Gallery screen shows all items in a mosaic, newest first. Each item shows its date and tagged students; videos have a play icon. The search box filters by student or teacher.
- Opening an item shows it full screen, with buttons to download and share it.
- From the viewer you can also delete it.
Individual upload: upload and send to the family
- Click Individual upload.
- Under Select students, choose who it is for.
- Drag or choose up to 5 files of up to 100 MB (jpg, png, gif, webp, mp4, mov, avi or webm).
- Keep WhatsApp and/or Send by email switched on if you want to notify the family, and click Send.
Bulk upload: one batch, tags photo by photo
- Click Bulk upload and drag the batch (up to 100 files per batch) or click Choose files.
- Select one or more photos and tap a student to tag them in all selected photos. You can filter students by category.
- Click Save to gallery. If you close without saving, Badgie warns you that the batch isn't saved.
Bulk upload saves the items to each student's gallery; it doesn't send WhatsApp or email notifications.
Group photo: the same photo for a whole group
- Click Group photo and Add the photo (or photos).
- Choose the students: filter by Smart Tag with the chips at the top, search by name or click Select visible.
- Click Save to gallery: the photo appears in each chosen student's gallery.
Next to each student, an icon shows whether they have image consent; keep it in mind before tagging them in a photo.
From the teacher app
The teacher opens the gallery in the Badgie app and taps +: they pick students, add photos or videos from the camera roll and decide whether to notify by email. Photos and videos upload when they tap Send.
Each item's link
What families see
In the Badgie app, the family has the Photos tab with everything the club shares with their child, in a mosaic with a full-screen viewer and video player. If the club has notifications on, each item also arrives by WhatsApp or email. The family only sees media in which their child is tagged.
By sport
- Swimming, gymnastics and school sports: a group photo after a meet or show, and technique videos for each student.
- Golf: swing videos can be marked with their view type and shown on the player's public profile only if the club turns it on.
- Football: each player's official photo is managed in the football module.
- For video analysis with drawing and slow motion, use Video analysis; for video courses, Training videos.
With the AI agent
The Badgie agent doesn't upload or send photos. It can record whether a student has image consent with set_student_image_consent, which is worth keeping up to date before sharing group photos. Example: "Mark that Lucía García has authorized image use".
Frequently asked questions
Are students' photos public?
No. Media belongs to the club and is only visible to the tagged students (and their families) and the club team. Each item's link respects the club's privacy settings.
How many photos can I upload at once?
Up to 100 files per batch with Bulk upload, and up to 5 files of 100 MB with Individual upload.
Does bulk upload notify families?
No. Bulk upload and group photo save items to each student's gallery. To send a WhatsApp or email notification, use Individual upload.
Can I upload videos?
Yes: mp4, mov, avi and webm from the web, and camera-roll videos from the teacher app.
