Quick answer
A coach note is the summary a coach sends after a session: what was worked on, how it went and, optionally, photos, videos or a video analysis. It reaches each student's or family's app, and management sees every note in the club under Academy → Coach Notes, with who has read it and who hasn't.
In this guide
Where to find it
- Web (management): menu Academy → Coach Notes (/dashboard/trainings).
- Coach app: Notes tab, New note button (it can also be dictated by voice).
- Student or family app: the note shows up in their activity, with a push notification.
See every note in the club
At the top you get four figures: notes this month, total sent, active coaches and read rate. Below, the table with date, coach, title, student, content, video and reads (for example "8/12": 8 of 12 recipients have opened it).
- Search by title and filter by Coaches, Classes, audience (Students, Squad or Private) and Students.
- Refresh reloads the list with notes just sent from the app.
Send a note from the dashboard
- Click New note.
- Recipients: choose the coach who signs it and the audience: Students (one, several or all of theirs), Squad (if the club works with teams) or Private (the coach's diary: families don't see it).
- Content: title, text, photos and videos, date, duration and intensity of the session.
- Preview: check how it will look and send it.
Send a note from the coach app
Who has read it and family alerts
Click any row to open the note: you'll see the read bar, the recipients under Read and Unread, and the Resend notification and Delete buttons.
- Notify families: when a note is sent, the family gets a WhatsApp message.
- Also notify by email: also sends an email to the student and their guardians.
What the family or student sees
They get an app notification with the note's title and, when they open it, the text, photos and videos from the session. If the club has alerts switched on, it also arrives by WhatsApp or email. Private notes are never shown to families.
By sport
It works the same for any sport: swimming (distance, technique, turns), tennis or padel (strokes worked on), martial arts (katas, grading preparation) or football, where the Squad audience sends the note to the whole squad.
