Quick answer
Performance is your club's official golf dashboard in Badgie. In a single section you see all your players with their handicap, how much it has changed in 90 days, their official RFEG rounds, their WAGR ranking and their public profile, and you can compare 2 to 4 players side by side.
In this guide
Where to find it
- Web: menu Golf → Performance (/dashboard/golf). At the top right, the Reports button takes you to the golf reports.
- Tabs: Players, Handicap, RFEG events, WAGR, Compare and Public profiles. If the club has the recruiting Showcase turned on, Showcase appears too.
- The Golf chapter of the menu appears when the club has any golf module turned on in “Customize your Badgie”.
The Players tab
This is the landing view. At the top it has five indicators: Players, Official handicap, Improved in 90 days, WAGR-ranked and RFEG accounts linked.
- Search by name or licence number with Search player or licence.
- Filter with the pills: All, RFEG account linked, Licence only or No licence (and Needs relinking if an account has stopped working).
- Read each row: handicap, 90-day change, date of the last RFEG change, federation status, WAGR, last official round and rounds this year.
- Click a player to open their profile. With New player you create a golf profile for a student who doesn't have one yet.

An asterisk next to the handicap means it is not official: the player declared it or it was entered by hand. With the RFEG licence it updates by itself every day.
The other tabs
- Handicap: the club's monthly median, distribution by bands, who has gone down and up the most in 90 days and the Data to review (for example, students without a licence). It is explained in the daily RFEG handicap guide.
- RFEG events: your players' official rounds with gross, Stableford and differential, by round or grouped by tournament.
- WAGR: your players' world amateur ranking. To follow a player you click Add WAGR profile and paste the URL of their profile on wagr.com; Badgie updates their data automatically.
- Compare: 2 to 4 players side by side with their handicap over time, their official rounds, their WAGR and their driver speed if there is launch monitor data.
- Public profiles: you decide which players get a public page with their handicap and official results.
Each player's profile
The golf profile is organised into four tabs:
- Official: official data (licence, federation, club, usual course, usual tee, category), RFEG tournaments and WAGR. The player's RFEG account is also connected here.
- Performance: performance, analysis, analytics, scorecards and integrations, with direct access to their TrackMan data.
- Profile: links, gallery and achievements (and bio and academic details if the club uses the recruiting Showcase).
- Management: the season report and the student's Badgie profile.
What the player and the family see
With the AI agent
The Badgie agent can propose loading a student's federation licence into their profile (set_student_golf_license); like every agent action, it waits for your approval. For TrackMan and swing queries it has its own tools, described in its guides.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a player have no official handicap?
Because they have no RFEG licence in their profile. Add it and from the next morning Badgie updates their handicap every day.
What is the difference between “RFEG account linked” and “Licence only”?
The licence is enough for the daily handicap. Official rounds only arrive when the player links their own RFEG account in the app.
How many players can I compare?
From 2 to 4 at a time, in the Compare tab.
