Quick answer
In Badgie, Management → Activity opens the Activity log: an audit record of every addition, modification or deletion of club data, who did it (a person from the club or the system itself), in which section and when. It helps answer “who changed this?” and to review the team's work.
You can filter by dates, section, operation and actor type, open the details of each change and export them to CSV.
Where to find it
- Web dashboard: Management → Activity.
- Who can see it: the school owner and collaborators with access to this area.
Step by step
- Open Management → Activity. At the top you see the total number of records.
- Choose the period: Filter by dates or the shortcuts This month, Previous month, This year, Previous year and All.
- Narrow it down with the search box (“Table, email, ID…”) and the Section (for example Communication, Settings or Multimedia), Operation (addition, change or deletion) and Actor type (user or system) filters.
- Each row shows the date, the actor (with their role, for example School or Teacher), section, operation and a summary of the change. Click View to open the details, in read-only mode.
- Use Refresh to bring in the latest and CSV to download the filtered list.

Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a change from here?
No. The details are read-only; they tell you what changed so you can correct it on its own screen.
What does it mean when the actor is “System”?
That the change was made by Badgie automatically (for example, when processing a form or a sync), not by a person.
Can teachers see the activity?
Only if the owner gives them access to this area.
