In Badgie, Management → Billing manages the club's AI credits: the current balance, buying packs (250 credits for €9, 1,000 for €29 and 2,500 for €59, VAT included), what they have been spent on and the purchases made. Credits are used by Badgie Agentic and the AI features, such as Content Studio images (10 credits each).
The club's Badgie subscription is chosen at sign-up from the Starter, Pro, Business, Network and Superclub plans, with a free one-month trial and no card.

Where to find it
- Web dashboard: Management → Billing.
- Who can buy: only the school owner; the rest of the team sees the notice “Only the school owner can manage billing”.
- Public prices: badgie.es/precios.
Step by step
- Open Management → Billing. At the top you see the Current balance in credits.
- Under Buy credits, choose a pack and click Buy (the 1,000 pack is shown as recommended). Payment is made by card through Stripe.
- Expand Where your credits go to see usage over the last 30 days.
- Expand Purchases and movements to see the history.
- In Billing details your invoicing details are stored; they are saved when you make your first purchase.
Badgie plans and prices
Prices exclude VAT. Paying annually gives a 25 % discount (equivalent monthly price in brackets):
- Starter: €99/month (€74/month annual), up to 100 students.
- Pro: €249/month (€187/month annual), up to 300 students.
- Business: €399/month (€299/month annual), up to 500 students.
- Network (multiple sites): €799/month (€599/month annual), up to 1,000 students; contracted through a demo.
- Superclub: from €1.50 per student per month, minimum 500 students, with AI Coach and Sponsorship included; closed in a demo.
Premium modules: AI Sport Coach (€295/month), WhatsApp Pro Unlimited (€99/month, no message limit), Commerce (1 % per transaction) and Sponsorship (€199 or €299/month).
With the AI agent
Badgie Agentic spends credits as it works (for example when generating images). It does not buy credits or change the plan: the owner does that from this screen.
Frequently asked questions
Do credits expire?
No. You can also return an unused pack within 14 days of purchase.
How much does an AI image cost?
10 credits per generated image.
How do I change my plan or card?
The subscription is managed in Stripe's payment portal, which the school owner can access. If you need help, write to hello@badgie.com.
Do prices include VAT?
Plans are shown without VAT; credit packs include VAT.
