Step by step
Set up the Brand kit (once)
- Click Brand kit.
- Upload the Logo, define the Brand colors and choose the Document typography (Editorial, Modern, Sporty, Classic or Technical) or the heading and body fonts.
- Click Save.
Create a piece
- Click Create content. The wizard has 5 steps: Goal, Content, Style, Text and Result.
- In Goal you choose what you want to communicate (Event, Recruitment, Achievement, Promotion, Open class, Result or General), where you will publish it (Instagram feed, Story / Reel or Facebook), the format (1:1, 4:5 or 9:16) and the language of the poster and the copy.
- Follow the steps: upload your photos, describe the post, choose the style and review the text.
- In Result you download the poster or publish/schedule it on the connected networks. Everything is saved in the Library.

Families and followers see the published poster on the club's Instagram, Facebook, X or WhatsApp channel, with the text you approved.

How many posters can I create?
The counter in the header shows the monthly allowance (30 AI images per month). Each AI-generated image costs 10 AI credits; text does not use up the allowance.
Do I have to connect Instagram to use it?
No. You can download the posters and publish them yourself. Connecting your accounts lets you publish or schedule without leaving Badgie.
Can I schedule a post?
Yes, in the last step you choose to publish now or schedule it.
In which languages can it generate the poster?
You choose the language of the poster and the copy in the first step of the wizard.
