Modules and integrations: turn on features and connect Badgie with other tools
How to use “Customize your Badgie” to turn on modules (Youth Academy, Belts, Golf, Time tracking, Content Studio…), connect integrations (GolfManager, Strava, AimHarder, football federations, Pipedrive, Meta, X, email) and decide what appears in the menu and in the apps.

Quick answer
In Badgie, Management → Modules opens “Customize your Badgie”: the catalog where the club turns on modules with a switch (for example Youth Academy, Belts, Championships, Time tracking or Online shop) and connects external integrations (GolfManager, Strava, AimHarder, football federations, Pipedrive, Instagram/Facebook, X or the club's email). It also decides which options your team sees in the menu and in the apps.
It has three tabs: Catalog, Customize sidebar and Mobile apps.
Where to find it
- Web dashboard: Management → Modules, or the “Customize your Badgie” button at the bottom of the side menu.
- AI agent: it can list the modules and suggest turning internal ones on or off.
Step by step
Turn on a module
- In Catalog, search for the module or filter by Category (Sport and competition, Community and families, Sales, bookings and rentals, Marketing and recruitment, Club management, Data and performance), Source (Badgie module or Integration), Status or For your sport.
- Each row shows the module, its category, a description and its Status (Active, Inactive or Disconnected).
- Turn on the switch. Some modules appear as Included (for example the Agent) and others are requested with Request activation (Chats, Social Inbox and Ads): Badgie contacts you to turn them on.
- Under Sport verticals you turn on a sport's complete package with a single switch; today the Golf one exists (Showcase, Clubhouse, Tournaments and Pools).
Connect an integration
Integrations carry the INTEGRATION label and a Connect or Set up button that opens their page:
- GolfManager: you enter the Tenant and the API Key.
- AimHarder: Access Token and Refresh Token.
- Strava: you turn the integration on and then each student connects their own account.
- FFCV, RFAF and RFFM (football): you search for your club in the federation, choose the season, competition, group and team and click Link and sync; the calendar, results and match reports flow into Youth Academy automatically.
- Pipedrive: Connect and validate to sync opportunities and contacts with the CRM.
- Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and X: to publish Content Studio posters.
- WhatsApp channel: to publish posters on the club's channel.
- Google or Microsoft 365 email: connected in Settings → Emails.
Organize the menu and the apps
- In Customize sidebar you show, hide and reorder the categories and options of the side menu. Hiding does not turn off the feature: it is still available in the ⌘K search.
- In Mobile apps you choose what your people see when they open the Teacher app or the Student app: everything starts visible and whatever you switch off disappears from their phone. In “Teacher home” you order the quick actions, with a preset per sport (Golf, Racket, Martial arts, Football or Generic).
By sport
- Football: Youth Academy and the FFCV, RFAF and RFFM integrations.
- Golf: the Golf vertical (Showcase, Clubhouse, Tournaments and Pools), recruitment Showcase and GolfManager.
- Tennis: Tennis Showcase. Padel: Padel module.
- Martial arts: Belts and Martial Arts (public competitor profiles).
- Fitness and CrossFit: AimHarder and Strava.
The For your sport filter shows you only what fits the club's sport.
With the AI agent
Badgie Agentic can show you the catalog with each module's status and whether it fits your sport, and suggest turning internal modules on or off; the change is applied once you approve it. External integrations are always connected from their own screen.
Frequently asked questions
Does turning off a module delete its data?
Turning off a module removes it from the menu and the apps; to hide something without turning it off, use Customize sidebar or Mobile apps.
Why do some modules say “Request activation”?
Because they need setup or a review by Badgie (for example the supervised chat). When you request it, the Badgie team contacts you.
Who can change the modules?
The school owner and collaborators with access to this area.
Can I hide an option from teachers only?
Yes, in Mobile apps → Teacher app you switch off whatever you don't want them to see in the app.
