Quick answer
The Clubhouse is the club's golf hub in Badgie. Students play and mark their scorecard hole by hole in the Badgie Golf app, and the club sees on the web the live rounds, the scorecard history, group rounds with guests and analytics on each player's form. If someone plays without the app, the club can scan the paper scorecard or enter it by hand.
In this guide
Where to find it
- Web: Golf → Golf Clubhouse (/dashboard/clubhouse), with the tabs Home, Live, Scorecards, Group rounds, Analytics and AI Coach.
- Top right: Club course (the club's reference course) and Public board, a live scoreboard that opens without an account.
- Badgie Golf app: the player starts the round, marks their scorecard and sees their stats.
Step by step
- Choose the Club course. Until it is set, the Home tab shows the steps to get started.
- Invite your students to download Badgie Golf and play their first round: their scorecards arrive on their own in Scorecards.
- Follow the rounds in progress in Live (it refreshes by itself) and click one to see its full scorecard.
- In Scorecards filter by student or dates and export to Excel with the result of each hole.
- If a round was played without the app, use Scan scorecard (a photo of the paper scorecard) or Enter scorecard (by hand, with handicap and Stableford).
Live scorecard: FUN and PRO
When starting a round in the app, the player chooses the Quick scorecard (FUN: strokes and putts, nothing else) or the Full one (PRO: fairways, greens and putts for their stats). They can play with handicap and set a stroke target. PRO rounds feed the GIR, Fairways and Putts columns in Analytics.
Group rounds with guests
In Group rounds you create a New group party: course and tee, route (18 holes, front 9 or back 9), students and guests with free-text names, an optional scorer who records for everyone, and the option Allow joining by link.
Badgie generates a web link: each player opens it without installing anything, picks who they are (or joins as a guest) and marks their scorecard. The board shows Leaderboard, Skins (the pot carries over to the next hole on a tie), Evolution and Match when two are playing. The app offers more formats: Stableford, Medal, Match play, Fourball, Skins, Syndicate, Max score, vs par and vs bogey.
Analytics and AI Coach
Analytics gathers active players, total rounds and last-30-day rounds, average gross and average Stableford, the highlights (best round, most active, on an improving streak) and a table with each player's form.
AI Coach is a chat about your players' rounds, with charts. You can start with Weekly club report, Best recent rounds, Player comparison, Club trend or Today's summary.
Strokes Gained
Strokes Gained (total, off the tee, approach, short game and putting) are calculated from geolocated shots: marked on the app's map, from Garmin or from the Apple Watch. The player sees them in the app (stats tab) and the club in the player's golf profile, Performance → Analysis tab. They do not appear in the Clubhouse.
What the player sees
In Badgie Golf the player marks their scorecard, sees their summary at the end, their stats and their badges. In a group round they see the live leaderboard from the link.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the Home tab show me the getting-started steps if I already have scorecards?
Because the club has not yet chosen its Club course. Choose it at the top right and you will see the quick links and the latest scorecards.
Do guests need an account?
No. They open the round's link, pick their name or join as guests and mark their scorecard.
Can I bring a paper scorecard into Badgie?
Yes: with Scan scorecard (photo) or Enter scorecard (by hand).
