Quick answer
Badgie golf reports are one document per player and period (quarter or season). The data sections (attendance, handicap evolution, stroke average, competition, TrackMan…) fill themselves in with what Badgie already has; the teacher writes or asks the AI for a draft of the text sections, marks the report as Ready and shares it with the family as a PDF or through a private link.
In this guide
Where to find it
- Web: Golf → Golf reports (/dashboard/golf/informes), or the Reports button in Performance.
- The player's golf profile: tab Management → Term report.
The report list
At the top you see Players, Reports ready, Sent, Pending and the Avg. completeness. You can filter by All, Pending, Ready, Sent or No report, by term and by searching for a student. Club template defines the sections your club's report carries.
In Club template you choose the primary and secondary colours and which sections each new report includes by default; reports already created do not change.
Step by step
- On the student's row press Create report (or View report if one already exists).
- Check the Sections column: those marked AUTO are calculated from the period's data; those that say NO DATA have no information yet and you can hide them with the eye.
- Write the text sections (summary, mental game, long game, short game, putting, strategy, next priorities, closing summary) or press Draft with AI for a first draft that you then correct.
- If the family reads in another language, use Translate to….
- Change the status to Ready and press Save.
- Press View PDF to see exactly the PDF the family receives, Download PDF to save it or Share to create a link for the family.
Which sections it can include
Cover, Summary, Attendance, Handicap evolution, Stroke average, Competition, Score distribution, Mental game, Long game, Short game, Putting, Strategy, Next priorities, Closing summary, How they play, TrackMan, World ranking, Garmin, Shot dispersion, Photos and Back cover.
What the family sees
The family receives a PDF with the club's branding or a private link that opens the report without an account. The link does not appear in search engines and the club can cancel it at any time with Revoke the link. Only a report marked as Ready can be shared.
With AI
Draft with AI reads the period's data (handicap, stroke average, tournaments, score distribution, TrackMan, attendance, WAGR, Garmin and dispersion) and proposes the text for the writing sections. It never saves the report or marks it as Ready: the teacher has the final word.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to enter the handicap and tournaments by hand?
No. The automatic sections take the data Badgie already has for the report's period.
Can I send the report without a PDF?
Yes: with Share you create a private link for the family. You can also download the PDF and send it yourself.
Does the AI send the report?
No. It only drafts the text; saving, marking as Ready and sharing are always done by the teacher.
