Quick answer
A padel club uses Badgie on three fronts: Bookings (the court grid by hour with prices by time slot and a public page where anyone can book and pay), the Padel module (every class you organise, who receives it, which coach gives it, what is charged, what is paid out and what margin is left) and Championships for tournaments with a group stage and bracket.
In this guide
Where to find it
- Courts: Sales → Bookings (/dashboard/bookings) and Online bookings for the public page.
- Classes and coaches: Academy → Padel (/dashboard/padel), with the padel module on. The owner and collaborators can see it.
- Tournaments: Academy → Championships, with the sport Padel.
Court bookings
The grid shows each court in a column and the hours in rows: free slots with their price, bookings with their status (invoiced or pending) and blocks. The price depends on the time slot. The court bookings guide explains the full setup.
With Online bookings on, the club publishes its own page: the player chooses padel or tennis, the date, a free slot and the duration (60, 90 or 120 minutes), and pays online or at the club, depending on what the club chooses.
Classes and coach assignments
Each class or class pack is an assignment: it starts from a client and is offered to one or several coaches at once; the first to accept keeps it (they can also accept it by WhatsApp). Badgie calculates the coach's settlement and the club's margin; the club pays the coach.
- At the top you see the summary: Services, Charged to client, Paid to coaches and Margin.
- In the table, each assignment with its date, client, coach, club, sessions, hours, what was charged, the coach's share, the margin and the status.
- Statuses: Offered (waiting for a coach), Open (accepted), Declined, Expired, Cancelled and Completed.
A class with no rate does not count as zero: it appears as "No rate" so you can review it.
Tournaments and leagues
Padel tournaments are organised with Academy → Championships, which supports the sport Padel with a group stage and a knockout bracket. Badgie has no dedicated padel leagues module.
What the player sees
They book their court from the club's public page, on mobile or computer, and get confirmation instantly. If they are a student, they see their classes and badges in the app.
With the AI agent
The Badgie agent looks up court occupancy (get_booking_occupancy): booked versus available minutes, percentage and number of bookings.
