How to sell club apparel, equipment and services with Badgie: a product catalogue with sizes and VAT, counter orders, stock control with alerts and a public online shop with payment via Stripe or at the club.

Quick answer
Badgie has a club shop in Sales → Orders and Stock with three tabs: Orders (recorded sales), Products (catalogue) and Stock (units by size). On the same catalogue you can switch on the Online shop, a public website with the club's branding where you sell products, services and subscriptions; payment goes through Stripe or payment at the club and lands in Finance, with no Badgie commission per sale.
In this guide
Where to find it
- Sales → Orders and Stock (`/dashboard/shop`): the Orders, Products and Stock tabs.
- Sales → Online shop (`/dashboard/shop/storefront`): the Home, Payments, Brand, Shipping and Legal tabs.
- The shop's public website: `www.badgie.es/tienda/<club-name>`.
Step by step: create products
- In Products click Create new product.
- Enter the Name and Description (use Improve with AI to polish it) and choose the Category: Apparel, Equipment, Service, Licence, Accessory or Other. Services and licences have no stock or sizes.
- Set the Price and whether to Apply VAT (price without VAT or VAT included), the Stock and, optionally, the Purchase cost to know your margin.
- Options: sizes with different prices, a dated offer, Made to order (stock not tracked) and images, which you can upload or generate with AI.
- Turn on Publish in the online shop to sell it on the website, and Allows home delivery if you ship it. Save.
Step by step: record a sale
- In Orders click Create order.
- Fill in the customer details (name, email, phone) and the Order date (change it if the sale happened on another day).
- Search for products and add each one with its size.
- Choose the Payment method, apply an Order discount if needed, add notes and click Create order.

- The order appears in the list with its number (TDA-…), status and delivery; from the row you view it, download the PDF or send it by WhatsApp. Stock is deducted when the order is created.
Step by step: control stock
In Stock you see each product and size with its units, the Alert threshold and the status (OK, Low stock, Out of stock). Adjust asks for a reason and is kept in the history; Excel exports the inventory.
Step by step: open the online shop
- In Online shop click Activate online shop.

- Payments: connect Online payment (Stripe) (card, Bizum and SEPA, money goes into your Stripe account) or turn on Pay at the club (the customer reserves online and pays on pick-up). You need at least one of the two to publish.

- Brand, Shipping and Legal: logo and colours, shipping options and the shop's legal texts.
- Choose what to publish: one switch per item. Publishing duplicates nothing; stock, sizes, VAT and offers are respected.

- In Home, flip the switch from Draft to Online. The public address goes live, ready to share.
Online orders arrive in Orders marked as online; that is where you track preparation and delivery. Stripe-paid orders are marked paid automatically; pay-at-the-club orders stay pending until you collect the money.
What the family or customer sees
By sport
- Swimming: caps, goggles, swimsuits and fins in junior and adult sizes.
- Football and team sports: kits by size and start-of-season packs.
- Golf, padel and tennis: balls, gloves, overgrips and services such as lessons or simulator sessions, which can also be sold in the online shop.
With the AI agent
- "Which products are low on stock?"
- "What sells best this quarter?"
- "Which online orders are still to be delivered?"
- "20 one-size caps have arrived from the supplier" (proposes recording the stock receipt).
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Stripe to have an online shop?
No. Turning on Pay at the club is enough; Stripe is only needed to take payment online and for subscriptions.
Does Badgie take a commission per sale?
No. Payments go into your Stripe and your Finance with no Badgie commission per sale (Stripe applies its own fees).
Do I have to duplicate products for the online shop?
No. The online shop uses the same catalogue; you only choose which items are published.
When is stock deducted?
When the order is created. Unpaid online orders are cancelled after 24 hours and release the stock; pay-at-the-club orders are never cancelled automatically.
Can I sell services, such as a single lesson?
Yes. Services and subscriptions are published in the online shop just like products.
