Your school profile is the first impression students and families will have when interacting with your Badgie platform. A complete and well-configured profile conveys professionalism, trust, and commitment to educational excellence.

In this guide, you will learn how to configure step by step all the essential information of your school, from basic data to visual elements that will make your institution stand out.

To complete your profile you will need:

• High resolution school logo (PNG or JPG, minimum 512x512px)
• Complete legal information (Tax ID, fiscal address, etc.)
• Updated contact information (phone, email, social media)
• Service hours and locations where you teach classes

From the main Badgie dashboard, click on the settings icon located in the top right navigation bar.

1. Select "School Profile" in the left sidebar menu.
2. The profile configuration form will open.

Complete the following mandatory fields in the "Basic Information" section:

• School name: The official name of your institution
• Description: A 2-3 line paragraph describing your school's philosophy and objectives
• Sport type: Select the main discipline you teach
• Foundation year: The year your school was established

Your school's image is fundamental for creating a solid visual identity:

1. Upload your school's main logo by clicking "Upload Logo"
2. The system will automatically resize the image to optimize loading
