Quick answer
A pool is a weekly golf group: a set of players who play Stableford sessions and have an annual ranking, their own group handicap and a pot. Badgie keeps the accounts, the ranking and the handicaps; the pot money is only the group's bookkeeping, and Badgie neither holds nor moves it.

Where to find it
- Web: Golf → Pools (/dashboard/golf-pools). Use the New pool button to create a group.
- Inside each group: Ranking, Sessions, Members, Handicaps, Pot and Rules, with Ranking PDF and Handicaps PDF.
- App: players see their groups and their standings; the group also has a public page.
Step by step
- Create the group with New pool and add the Members.
- Set the Rules: fee per session, penalty for last place, Grand Slam and Final multipliers, how many best results count, minimum participations, session quorum, how much the handicap moves for every 10 € and the playing handicap cap.
- Every week, in Sessions, create the session with New session and, from Manage round, enter each player's Stableford score and the closest-to-the-pin winner, then close it.
- Check the annual Ranking and the group's Handicaps, and download the PDFs for the notice board.
The group's handicap
The group has its own handicap, separate from the official RFEG one: it goes down when a player wins a prize and up when they don't, according to the tenths per 10 € set in the Rules.
