Quick answer
The Badgie MCP server is the official connector that lets an MCP-compatible AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, Cursor and others) run your club by chat. You add the URL https://www.badgie.com/api/mcp/mcp to your assistant, sign in with your Badgie account, approve access (OAuth 2.1) and the assistant works with your role: school, coach or student and family. It never sees another school's data.

Where to find it
- Public page with the instructions: badgie.com/mcp («Conectar» section), with the Badgie MCP privacy policy linked at the bottom. The page is currently in Spanish only.
- Server URL:
https://www.badgie.com/api/mcp/mcp(streamable HTTP transport). - Proposals made by your assistant are approved in the dashboard: Super Coach → Control → Pending.
Step by step: connect your assistant
- Copy the server URL:
https://www.badgie.com/api/mcp/mcp. - Add it to your assistant:
- Claude (claude.ai): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste the URL.
- Claude Code: in the terminal,
claude mcp add --transport http badgie https://www.badgie.com/api/mcp/mcp. - ChatGPT (paid plans): Settings → Apps & connectors → Developer mode → Add connector, and paste the URL.
- OpenClaw, Cursor and other MCP clients: add
{"mcpServers": {"badgie": {"url": "https://www.badgie.com/api/mcp/mcp", "transport": "http"}}}to their configuration.
- Your assistant opens the Badgie sign-in. Log in with the account you use in Badgie.
- The consent screen shows which application is asking for access, the role you will use (school account, coach or student · family) and what it will be able to do. Click Aprobar (Approve; for now this screen is in Spanish).
- Start with «who am I in Badgie?»: the assistant calls
whoamiand shows your role, your school and that writes need your approval. - From there, ask for whatever you need in plain language.
What each role can do
- School account (director): query any club data (debt, attendance, churn risk, MRR, booking occupancy), read this wiki's guides, manage the club memory, the marketing plan, Content Studio and the Playbook (rules, voice, templates), and propose any action from a catalogue of more than 200 write actions (
list_action_catalog,propose_action,list_my_proposals). - Coach: today's and this week's classes, their students and progress, roll call, awarding badges, training notes and pending reports.
- Student and family: their profile, badges, timetable, attendance, reports, payments and tournaments, golf rounds and stats, drill results and the nutrition check-in.
In total, more than 120 MCP tools.
How changes are approved
The director's write actions follow the same Delegation as the web agent:
- Area on Auto: the action runs straight away and the assistant reports the result.
- Area on Suggest: it becomes a proposal in Pending, where you approve or reject it.
- Area on Off: it is blocked.
Security and privacy
- OAuth 2.1: you sign in to Badgie and approve access; the assistant never sees your password.
- Each connection is limited to your account and role. It never reaches another school's or another student's data.
- The Badgie MCP privacy policy is at badgie.com/mcp/privacy.
Frequently asked questions
Does Badgie have a public REST API or webhooks?
No. Badgie does not offer a public REST API with keys or outgoing webhooks. The route for developers and integrations is this MCP server and the Badgie CLI.
Which assistants does it work with?
Any MCP-compatible client: Claude (claude.ai and Claude Code), ChatGPT, OpenClaw, Cursor and others.
How is it different from the agent inside Badgie?
Badgie Agentic lives inside the web and the app, with its team of specialists and credits. The MCP server lets your own assistant use Badgie with your permissions and the same delegation.
I see «Cuenta sin perfil Badgie» (account without a Badgie profile)
You signed in with an email that is not linked to any school, coach or student. Reconnect and sign in with the account you use in Badgie.
The request has expired?
Authorisation has to start from your assistant. If you see that the authorisation request does not exist or has expired, start the connection again from the assistant.
