Badgie Agentic: your club's team of AI agents
What Badgie Agentic is, how to open it (Super Coach with ⌘J), how it proposes actions you approve, how delegation per area works, credits, and everything it can do across the club.

Quick answer
Badgie Agentic is the team of AI agents that works inside Badgie with your club's real data. You talk to it in plain language from the Super Coach (the button under the sidebar search, or ⌘J / Ctrl+J). It answers with your club's figures and names and, when something needs changing, it either does it or leaves it as a proposal, depending on the Delegation level you set for each area.
It has more than 280 tools covering students, calendar, attendance, payments, badges, communication, marketing, lead generation, football, golf, shop and staff. Each answer uses credits from the club's AI wallet.

Where to find it
- Super Coach: the fixed entry under the search box in the dashboard sidebar. Open and close it from any page with ⌘J (Mac) or Ctrl+J (Windows). It is a window with the club's conversations on the left, the chat in the middle and the Control panel on the right.
- Each section's specialist: pages with an assigned agent (for example Finance or Badges) show that specialist's avatar, colour and name in the bottom-right corner.
- Control panel (icons on the right): Pending, Routines, Apps, Memory, Activity and Delegation (for now these panel labels appear in Spanish in every language: Pendientes, Rutinas, Apps, Memoria, Actividad, Delegación).
- Credit balance: the «N credits» button in the chat header.
- Outside the web dashboard: the Badgie app (director section), the Badgie Agents app and, for technical teams, the MCP server and the Badgie CLI.
Step by step: question, proposal and approval
- Open the Super Coach with ⌘J or from the sidebar. Click New conversation or pick a suggestion («How much am I owed?», «Generate a poster»…).
- Type what you need in the «Tell the agent what you need…» box. You can also attach a file (a spreadsheet, a photo of a match sheet) or dictate by voice.
- The agent queries your data with its tools and replies with real figures: invoices, students, sessions, badges.
- If the answer involves a change (sending a reminder, creating an event, awarding a badge), the agent runs it when that area is on Auto, or leaves it as a proposal in Pending with a summary.
- In Pending you review each proposal and click Approve (the real action runs and is logged) or Reject (it is discarded). High-risk actions ask for a second confirmation.
- Rate each answer with 👍 or 👎: that feedback is reviewed to improve the agent.

Delegation: how much it can do on its own
In Control → Delegation you choose, area by area, how much autonomy the agent has. It applies to the whole team: an agent never goes above its area's level.
- Off: the agent cannot make changes in that area.
- Suggest: it prepares the action and leaves it in Pending.
- Auto: it runs it directly. This is the level that applies until the club picks another one.
The areas are: Payments, CRM / Leads, Marketing, Communication, Badges, Tournaments, Birthdays, Reports, Coach notes, Nutrition, First setup, Students, Staff, Shop, Bookings, Enrolments, Media, Settings, Playbook, Academy (football), Social Inbox, Attendance and Ads.
What it can do, by area
- Students and families: search students, census and growth, single or bulk sign-ups, records (health, image consent, member number), Smart Tags, resending app access, enrolment forms and their submissions.
- Calendar, classes and attendance: recurring schedules and events, rename, move or delete classes, move students between groups, cancel a bank holiday, Google Calendar, birthday greetings, attendance summary, students at risk because of absences and each coach's workload.
- Payments: cash snapshot, unpaid invoices, mark invoices as paid or void them, payment reminders, top debtors, revenue collected, MRR and subscribers per plan. With GolfManager: debtors, vouchers and customers at risk.
- Badges: award badges, propose collections with their artwork, informational badges, collection progress, milestone ranking, unrecognised students and who on the staff recognises the most.
- Communication: training notes (send, resend and see who read them), staff messages, message templates and the Instagram and Facebook social inbox (read threads, draft replies, answer comments, create a lead, assign and close threads).
- Marketing: Content Studio posters and images with the club's templates, brand documents, publishing and scheduling on social media, marketing plan and agenda, landing page and directory listing. On Google Ads: performance, search terms, pause or resume, budget, negative keywords and draft ads.
- CRM and lead generation: leads (create, move through the funnel, notes, convert to student), call queue, trial classes and their outcome, trial report, sending information and the acquisition funnel.
- Training and reports: report matrix, filling in and sending reports, workouts and microcycles, drills and personal bests with their leaderboard, belts and educational nutrition plans.
- Football (Academy): import match sheets, call-ups, standings, top scorers, team and player stats, attributes, album and public squad, player cards and match documents.
- Golf: GolfManager, licences and handicap, swing analysis, TrackMan, course outings and Clubhouse.
- Other sports and performance: tennis rankings and progression, martial arts competitor profile, Strava (weekly load, comparisons and alerts).
- Shop, kit and bookings: best-selling products, low stock, orders, kit (handouts, stock and packs), court occupancy, free slots and rentals.
- Staff: coaches, time tracking and working hours, coverage, rates and contact details for coaches.
- Management: club profile, modules, seasons, tournaments, app usage, engagement, sponsors, members book, recent activity and read-only queries on any club data.
- Its own work: searching this wiki, web search, remembering club facts (Memory), scheduling Routines, editing the Playbook and proposing any action from Badgie's full catalogue.
Credits
Each agent answer uses credits; heavy queries (lots of data) use a little more. Clicking the balance opens Agent credits with the balance, this month's usage, total usage and a daily usage chart. From there, Top up credits buys packs. Badgie emails you when the balance starts running low.
On mobile and in football
The Super Coach adapts to mobile: the conversation list and the Control panel open from the header icons.
In a football club, the same agent works with the Academy: weekend results for every team, standings and top scorers.
What families see
Families do not see the agent chat. They only receive what the club approves or leaves on automatic: a payment reminder, a training note, a badge in their app or a club post.
Frequently asked questions
Can the agent make changes without me knowing?
Only in areas set to Auto, and everything is logged in Control → Activity. Anything that writes to students, families or leads, anything published outwards and ad changes always wait for your approval in Pending.
Where does it get its information?
From your club's data in Badgie, which it queries with its tools at the moment it answers, and from what you taught it in the Playbook and Memory. It respects the permissions of whoever is asking.
Can I have specialised agents?
Yes. The Super Coach leads a team of AI teammates (Finance, Calendar, Badges, Students, Sports coach, Community manager, CRM · Leads…). See AI teammates.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The agent stops answering until you top up from Agent credits. Badgie warns you by email beforehand.
Can I use it from Claude, ChatGPT or the terminal?
Yes: the MCP server connects Badgie to compatible assistants and the Badgie CLI gives you the same agent from the terminal.
